THE STORY
Here’s where innovation meets real impact. When approached to name an initiative teaching sustainable engineering in developing nations, we crafted REUSOL – merging “reuse” and “solar” into something memorable and meaningful. The program transforms manufacturing waste (like discarded chip bag rolls) into practical solar ovens, empowering children through hands-on sustainability education. The brand identity, with its energetic orange swirls and green accents, reflects both solar energy and the circular economy at work.
During naming and brand development, we focused on creating a system that would work across cultural boundaries and language barriers, while maintaining the inspirational spirit of turning waste into opportunity. It’s more than a teaching program – it’s a template for sustainable thinking in communities that need it most.
